Co-Director of HR
Our Co-Director of HR oversees recruitment, onboarding, member relations, and policy compliance within BioMedizone.
Job Responsibilities
Interview shortlisted candidates using standardized questions and reviewing individual resumes
Send warning letters and termination letters to appropriate members
Train directors in their role
Monitor POINT for hours and approve hours accordingly
Ensure every member (current and incoming) signs and follows the Code of Conduct
Ensure proper conflict mitigation if the need arises

Website Manager
Our Website Manager is responsible for curating and editing the website with new information, press releases, or events we plan to do.
Job Responsibilities
Maintain and regularly update the BioMedizone website with accurate and current information
Monitor website performance, analytics, and troubleshoot technical or design issues
Suggest improvements to increase website engagement and accessibility
Ensure deadlines for website updates related to applications, events, and announcements are met
Collaborate with executive teams to ensure digital content aligns with organizational goals
Requirements
Pursuing high school diploma, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent
Possess basic understanding of website design principles and user experience
Be detail oriented and capable of managing multiple updates and deadlines
Show initiative, creativity, and problem solving skills

Our Research Editors are responsible for editing research papers for publication in our seasonal research journals.
Job Responsibilities
Edit and reformat assigned number of research papers
Meet with researchers to discuss feedback and concerns
Periodically track and manage researcher progress and edits
Provide monthly feedback on developing research papers
Requirements
Pursuing high school diploma, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent
Proficient with MLA/APA formatting
Experience with research papers (literature reviews) and development
Experience with feedback and peer review process

Our Software Developers are responsible for coding, testing, and optimizing software applications as they apply to assigned projects in the Junior Lab.
Job Responsibilities
Provide technical/software background needed to develop project assigned in Junior Lab
Assist in training members in software development if needed
Meeet project deadlines, work closely with research leads to develop products for testing
Ensure security, usability, and innovation in software solutions
Requirements
Pursuing high school diploma, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent
Proficient in multiple coding languages OR strong willingness to learn
Good with technology and software development
