Join our international community.
Join our international community.
Our chapters are regional representatives of the international organization, BioMedizone.
Chapters host their own events, create their own partnerships, and have their own social exposure.
Starting a chapter with BioMedizone offers you a multitude of opportunities:
Press release exposure: we will guide you through the step-by-step process of being featured in your local newspaper
Presidential Volunteer Service Award (U.S. chapters only): you and the members of your chapter can qualify for the PVSA award rewarded to valuable members with enough volunteer hours
Community events: become known in your community through community events to fundraise for biomedical causes/research or educate students in your area about breakthroughs in biomedicine
Leadership positions: be the president of your own chapter, and recruit a vice president and other executives among your community to release your initiatives
Network with professionals: through this program, you will be able to network with experts and professors to be guest speakers for potential virtual webinars or in-person conferences

Biodesmos transforms complex biophysical concepts into interactive 3D experiences for students passionate about biology. By integrating biology, chemistry, and physics, the app allows users to explore DNA-to-protein processes, mutations, and molecular structures through dynamic models and simulations. The website uses protein data from the Protein Data Bank (PDB) and ESMFold to predict protein structures from nucleotide sequences. This is created in conjunction with Santa Clara University and has been used in the AP Biology curriculum at Bellarmine College Preparatory School.

Unlock your fullest potential by leading your own chapter. We only have 2 requirements: you must find at least 4 people to start this chapter with you and you cannot open a chapter in the same area/region that another chapter already exists (exceptions can be made for school-affiliated chapters).
We are accepting on a rolling basis! Apply NOW!
